Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website at https://www.morisaiinstitute.com, and the courses, training programmes, workshops, consultation services and related services ("Services") provided by MORIS AI LEARNING AND CAREER INSTITUTE PRIVATE LIMITED, operating under the brand name Moris AI Institute (Moris AI Learning & Career Institute).
MORIS AI LEARNING AND CAREER INSTITUTE PRIVATE LIMITED is a private limited company incorporated in India, with Corporate Identity Number U85499JK2026PTC019266 and Udyam registration UDYAM-JK-03-0054994.
By accessing the website, submitting an enquiry, enrolling in a programme or using any Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services.
About Our Services
Moris AI Institute is an AI learning, career development and professional skills institution. Its Services may include practical AI education, career counselling, professional skills development, online and offline learning, mentorship, project-based learning, internship programmes, career and placement support, corporate AI training, government AI training and consultation, institutional AI programmes, and entrepreneur and startup training.
Not every Service is offered in every format, on every schedule, or to every audience. The specific content, duration, format, eligibility, fees and terms of a programme are those stated on the relevant programme page or in the enrolment information provided to you.
Eligibility
To enrol in a paid programme you must be able to form a legally binding contract under the applicable laws of India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA), the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other applicable laws and regulations of India. Where a learner is a minor, enrolment, consent and payment must be completed by a parent or lawful guardian, who accepts these Terms on the learner's behalf.
Some programmes have additional eligibility requirements relating to prior education, experience or assessment. Where such requirements apply, they are stated on the relevant programme page or during counselling and enrolment.
Enquiries, Counselling and Enrolment
A typical journey is: explore programme information, submit an enquiry, take part in counselling where offered, select a programme, complete any eligibility review, confirm fees, make payment through an authorised channel, and complete enrolment.
Not every programme requires every stage. An enquiry or counselling session does not by itself create an enrolment or reserve a place. A place is confirmed only when the applicable fee has been received through an authorised channel and Moris AI Institute has confirmed enrolment.
3-Day Free Classes
Where offered and announced, 3-Day Free Classes allow prospective learners to experience the learning environment and programme approach before paid enrolment.
3-Day Free Classes are not automatically included with every programme. Their availability, schedule and content are those announced for the relevant intake, and Moris AI Institute may change or withdraw them.
Fees and Payment
Programme fees are those stated at the time of enrolment. Fees must be paid only through the official website, an approved payment gateway or another channel officially authorised in writing by Moris AI Institute.
Moris AI Institute does not accept cash payments and does not authorise payment to individual trainers, employees, agents, personal bank accounts or unofficial third parties. Moris AI Institute cannot accept responsibility for any payment made outside its authorised channels.
Further detail is set out in the Payment Policy.
Cancellation and Refunds
Course and enrolment fees are normally non-refundable after purchase or enrolment, subject to the Cancellation & Refund Policy and applicable law. Limited exceptions, such as duplicate or erroneous payment or cancellation of a programme by Moris AI Institute, are described in that policy.
Learning Delivery and Changes
Moris AI Institute aims to deliver programmes substantially as described. It may make reasonable changes to schedules, trainers, delivery format, platforms, curriculum sequence or session timing where necessary for operational, technical or quality reasons.
Where a change is material and adversely affects a learner, Moris AI Institute will seek to provide a reasonable alternative in accordance with the Service Delivery Policy.
Learner Responsibilities
When using the Services you agree to:
- Provide accurate registration and enrolment information.

They do not imply government accreditation, university recognition, statutory recognition, international accreditation or guaranteed acceptance by any employer, unless such recognition is separately and formally documented.
Career, Placement and Guarantee Claims
Where offered, career and placement support may include CV guidance, interview preparation, professional profile development, skills assessment, job-search guidance and employer introductions where available. Career and placement support is assistance with employability preparation and is not a promise of employment, a specific role, employer or salary.
Any job-guarantee offer applies only to specified eligible programmes and eligible candidates who satisfy the published Career & Job Guarantee Terms, including any attendance and performance requirements. No institute-wide or unconditional job guarantee is offered.
Internships
Internship opportunities, where available, are described in the Internship Terms. Internship availability may depend on the programme, eligibility, performance, capacity, project availability and applicable terms, and is not guaranteed for every learner.

All course materials, curricula, recordings, assessments, software, text, graphics, logos and other content made available through the Services are owned by or licensed to MORIS AI LEARNING AND CAREER INSTITUTE PRIVATE LIMITED and are protected under the applicable laws of India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA), the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other applicable laws and regulations of India.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 where it applies. Where liability is established, it will not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific programme giving rise to the claim.
Suspension and Termination
Moris AI Institute may suspend or withdraw access to a programme or the website where a learner materially breaches these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, engages in disruptive or unlawful conduct, or where required by law.
Where access is withdrawn for a serious breach caused by the learner, fees already paid are not automatically refundable.
