All content made available through the website at https://www.morisaiinstitute.com and the Services — including curricula, course notes, slides, exercises, assessments, project briefs, recordings, software, code samples, text, graphics, images, the Moris AI Institute name and logo, and the overall look and feel — is owned by or licensed to MORIS AI LEARNING AND CAREER INSTITUTE PRIVATE LIMITED and is protected under the applicable laws of India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA), the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other applicable laws and regulations of India, including the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999.

If you are enrolled, Moris AI Institute grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the materials for your own learning for the access period stated for your programme.

Except with prior written permission, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, download (beyond any permitted offline access) or store materials outside the provided platform.
• Record live sessions or redistribute recordings.
• Share, sell, sublicense, rent or publish materials or access.
• Post materials on file-sharing sites, social media or other websites.
• Create derivative works, courses or training based on Moris AI Institute materials.
• Remove or alter copyright, trademark or attribution notices.
• Use Moris AI Institute branding in a way that implies endorsement or partnership.

You retain ownership of original work you create (for example, your project submissions). By submitting work, you grant Moris AI Institute a non-exclusive licence to use it for delivering, assessing, moderating and improving the programme. Moris AI Institute will seek your consent before using identifiable learner work in public marketing.

Outputs you generate using third-party AI tools during a programme are subject to the terms of those tools. You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI-generated content does not infringe the rights of others, and for appropriate disclosure where required.

Third-party names, logos and tools referenced in programmes belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and educational purposes only.

If you believe content on the website or platforms infringes your copyright or other rights, send a notice to support@morisaiinstitute.com including: your contact details; identification of the work claimed to be infringed; the location (URL) of the material on our website or platform; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised; and a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act.

Moris AI Institute will review valid notices and remove or disable access to infringing material where appropriate. Repeat infringers may lose access to the Services.

Moris AI Institute may suspend or terminate access, require deletion of copied materials, and pursue available legal remedies.

Moris AI Institute may update this policy. The current version is published on the website with its effective date.
