How To Pay For Programmes Safely And Securely

This Payment Policy explains how MORIS AI LEARNING AND CAREER INSTITUTE PRIVATE LIMITED (Moris AI Institute) accepts payment for its courses, training programmes, workshops, corporate and institutional Services, and consultation Services. It should be read with the Terms & Conditions and the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Payments must be made only through:

• The official website at https://www.morisaiinstitute.com.
• An approved online payment gateway linked from the official website or an official invoice.
• A bank transfer to an official MORIS AI LEARNING AND CAREER INSTITUTE PRIVATE LIMITED account named on an official invoice issued by Moris AI Institute.
• Any other channel officially authorised in writing by Moris AI Institute.

If you are unsure whether a payment request is genuine, contact support@morisaiinstitute.com before paying.

Moris AI Institute does not accept cash payments for any programme or Service.

Moris AI Institute does not authorise payment to:

• Individual trainers, mentors or staff members personally.
• Agents, referrers or intermediaries.
• Personal bank accounts, personal UPI IDs or personal wallets.
• Any unofficial third party.

Moris AI Institute cannot accept responsibility for, verify or refund any payment made outside its authorised channels.

Through the approved gateway, supported methods may include UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and other options offered by the gateway at the time of payment. For organisations, payment against an official invoice by bank transfer may be available. Available methods may change.

The fee payable is the amount shown for the programme at the time of enrolment or on the official invoice. Any discount, offer or instalment arrangement applies only if it is stated in writing by Moris AI Institute for your enrolment.

Where an instalment plan is offered for a programme, the schedule and amounts are those confirmed in writing at enrolment. Access to later parts of a programme may depend on instalments being paid on time. Missed instalments may lead to suspension of access until the account is brought up to date.

An invoice or payment receipt is issued for each payment. Applicable taxes, including GST where relevant, are charged in addition to the programme fee unless stated as inclusive.

For corporate, government and institutional engagements, billing terms, purchase-order requirements and payment timelines are set out in the relevant proposal or agreement.

Fees are quoted and charged in Indian Rupees (INR) unless a different currency is expressly stated for a specific engagement. Where an international payment method converts currency, conversion rates and charges are determined by your bank or payment provider.

Online payments are processed by third-party payment gateways that maintain their own security standards. Moris AI Institute does not store full card numbers or banking credentials on its own systems. You are responsible for keeping your own payment credentials and one-time passwords confidential.

If an amount is debited but enrolment is not confirmed, or if you are charged more than once, contact support@morisaiinstitute.com with the transaction reference. Genuine duplicate or erroneous charges are handled under the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Moris AI Institute will never ask you to pay into a personal account, pay in cash to an individual, or share your card PIN, full card number or banking password. Treat any such request as fraudulent and report it to support@morisaiinstitute.com.

Moris AI Institute may update this Payment Policy to reflect changes in payment providers, methods, tax requirements or law. The current version is published on the website with its effective date.
