Admissions & How to Enrol

Six clear steps from enquiry to enrolment.

Admission at Moris AI Institute begins with counselling, not payment. Every applicant is guided through programme selection, eligibility and fee confirmation before any enrolment is finalised, so you always know exactly what you are joining before you commit.

This structured approach exists because AI training is not one-size-fits-all: a school student, a fresh graduate, a working professional and a corporate team each need a different starting point, pace and depth. Admissions staff exist to match you to the right one, not simply to process a payment.

The Admission Process

How enrolment works, step by step.

Each step exists to make sure the programme you join genuinely fits your background, goals and available time, rather than enrolling first and adjusting later. No step is designed to slow you down unnecessarily; most applicants move from first enquiry to a confirmed seat within a few working days.

The sequence is also deliberate: counselling and eligibility checks happen before any fee is discussed, and fee confirmation happens before payment is ever requested. This order protects both the learner, who should never pay before knowing exactly what they are enrolling in, and the institute, which only accepts learners genuinely suited to a programme.

01

Choose a Programme

Review the AI Courses & Training Programmes page or speak directly with an admissions counsellor to shortlist one or two programmes that match your goal.

02

Counselling Conversation

A counsellor discusses your education, work background, current AI familiarity and career goal before recommending a specific track and level.

03

Eligibility Confirmation

Your profile is checked against the chosen programme's eligibility criteria, including academic level, prior experience, format and duration fit.

04

Application Form

Complete the online application with your personal, educational and contact details, plus any documents requested for your programme category.

05

Fee Confirmation

You receive a written fee confirmation covering the total amount, payment schedule, inclusions and any applicable taxes before checkout opens.

06

Payment & Activation

Once payment is completed through official channels, your enrolment is confirmed by email and your learning access details are shared.

Who Can Apply

Eligibility varies by programme, not by a fixed cut-off.

Moris AI Institute designs eligibility around learner readiness rather than a single rigid requirement. A counsellor confirms the exact eligibility for your chosen programme during the admission process, taking into account your current education, work situation and prior exposure to AI tools, if any.

Below are the broad applicant categories the institute regularly admits. Within each, programme level, duration and starting point are still personalised rather than fixed.

✓
StudentsSchool & college learners exploring AI early
✓
GraduatesFreshers and job seekers building job-ready skills
✓
ProfessionalsEmployed learners and career switchers upskilling
✓

✓

Document Requirements

What you'll need to complete your application.

Keeping these ready before you begin your application helps the admissions team confirm eligibility and issue your fee confirmation without unnecessary back-and-forth.

  • ✓Valid photo identification (government-issued ID such as Aadhaar, PAN or passport)
  • ✓Latest educational qualification proof, where applicable to the programme
  • ✓Recent passport-size photograph for your learner record and certificate
  • ✓Active email address and phone number for admission and schedule communication
  • ✓Employer or organisation details, for corporate, government or professional enrolments
  • ✓Parent or guardian contact details, for applicants who are minors at school level

A note on document requirements

Exact document requirements can differ slightly by programme category, applicant age and delivery format. Your counsellor confirms the precise list for your chosen programme during the counselling conversation, before you formally apply, so you are never asked for something unexpected midway through the process.

All documents shared during admission are handled under the institute's published Privacy Policy and used only for admission, verification and academic record purposes — never sold or shared with unrelated third parties.

Before You Enrol

Try before you commit, and know your fee upfront.

Two safeguards sit between counselling and payment, so that no applicant is asked to commit money before they are genuinely confident about the programme and its cost.

Optional First Step

3-Day Free Classes

Where announced for your chosen programme, the 3-Day Free Classes let you experience the teaching style and format before any paid enrolment decision. You sit through real sessions with a trainer, ask direct questions and see how the programme actually runs. Attendance does not automatically enrol you in the full programme.

Before You Pay

Fee Confirmation

You will always receive your total programme fee, payment schedule and inclusions in writing before any payment is requested, through the official website checkout or approved payment gateway only. If anything in that confirmation is unclear, you can raise it with your counsellor before proceeding to payment.

After You Enrol

What happens once your enrolment is confirmed.

Enrolment confirmation is the final step of admission and the starting point of your learning journey. From here, the focus shifts from paperwork to preparing you for day one.

Payment Receipt

An official receipt is emailed immediately after successful payment, confirming the exact amount and programme paid for.

Welcome Communication

Programme schedule, batch details, trainer introduction and orientation information are shared by email within a short time of enrolment.

Access Credentials

Learning access details, including session links or venue information, are activated as per the confirmed schedule and delivery format.

Counsellor Follow-up

Your counsellor remains a point of contact for questions, rescheduling requests or clarification during onboarding and beyond.

Admissions FAQs

Common questions before you apply.

Is there an entrance test to join?

No formal entrance test is required. Instead, a counselling conversation is used to understand your background and recommend the right level and programme.

Can I switch programmes after applying?

Yes, if a different programme is a better fit, this can usually be adjusted before payment. Speak with your counsellor as early as possible if your interest changes.

What if I don't have every document yet?

Let your counsellor know. Some documents can be submitted shortly after application, though your seat is confirmed only once required documents and payment are complete.

Can I cancel after I've paid?

Cancellations are handled under the published Cancellation & Refund Policy, which explains the institute's position and any lawful exceptions.
