Zayeem Subhan and Baseerat Subhan grew up in Nehalpora, Pattan, Baramulla, in an environment where education and conventional professional careers carried enormous importance.
Like many young people, their early understanding of success was shaped by familiar career routes. Medicine was one of those routes. Zayeem prepared for NEET-UG and appeared across 2023, 2024 and 2025. Those years involved discipline, pressure, expectations and uncertainty about what should come next.
The experience gradually changed the question from “Which examination should define the future?” to “What other careers are available, and why do so many students discover them so late?”
That question became the starting point for a broader exploration of technology, artificial intelligence, business, professional skills and the changing world of work.
The journey began within a familiar academic goal. Preparing for a competitive medical entrance examination required focus and persistence, but it also created the first questions about career certainty and choice.
A second year of preparation brought deeper reflection about whether repeating the same path was the only sensible option, and what other professional possibilities might exist outside the most visible career choices.
By the third attempt, the question was no longer only about another examination. It had become a larger question about identity, careers and the possibility of starting again in a different direction.
Exploring artificial intelligence, digital work, business functions and global professional roles revealed how many career possibilities are often invisible to students until much later in life.
The idea developed into Moris AI Learning & Career Institute, combining AI education, career counselling, practical learning, mentorship, internships and institutional training within one career-focused model.
Their roles are different, but the founding belief is shared: students should see more possibilities before they are asked to make life-defining career decisions.
Zayeem's experience with repeated NEET preparation shaped the institute's belief that career redirection should not be treated as failure. It can be the moment when a learner begins to understand a wider range of professional options.

The founders' interest in AI grew because it exposed a much wider professional world.
Artificial intelligence was already influencing research, marketing, communication, media, business development, HR, customer service, operations, design and management. That made it relevant not only to programmers, but to people across many professions.
