How Programmes And Learning Access Are Delivered

This Service Delivery Policy explains what learners and organisations can expect from MORIS AI LEARNING AND CAREER INSTITUTE PRIVATE LIMITED (Moris AI Institute) when a programme or Service is delivered. It supports the Terms & Conditions.

Programmes may be delivered as offline (classroom or workshop) learning, online (instructor-led or structured digital) learning, on-site training at a client location by arrangement, short workshops, or custom programmes designed around an organisation's requirements. The format for a programme is that stated on its programme page or in your enrolment information. Not every programme is available in every format.

After a valid payment is received through an authorised channel and enrolment is confirmed, Moris AI Institute provides the relevant joining details, platform access or venue information within a reasonable period before the programme starts.

Online access is typically granted by email or account activation. If you do not receive access details in the expected timeframe, contact support@morisaiinstitute.com.

Session dates, times and duration are those published for your intake. Learners are expected to attend as required by the programme. Where a programme has an attendance or participation requirement for a certificate, internship eligibility or a guarantee, this is stated in the programme information.

Where materials or session recordings are provided, they are made available for the access period stated for the programme and for your personal learning only. Access periods, download permissions and recording availability vary by programme and may be limited.

Moris AI Institute may make reasonable changes to trainers, session timing, sequence, platforms or venue for operational, technical or quality reasons. Where a change is material and adversely affects you, Moris AI Institute will give reasonable notice and seek to provide a suitable alternative, such as a rescheduled session, a recording, a make-up session or a transfer to another intake.

Individual sessions may occasionally be rescheduled due to trainer availability, technical issues, weather, connectivity or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. Moris AI Institute will communicate changes as early as practicable and arrange a replacement session or recording where possible.

If Moris AI Institute cancels a whole programme before it begins and cannot offer a suitable alternative intake, the Cancellation & Refund Policy applies.

For online programmes you need a suitable device, a stable internet connection and any software specified for the programme. Moris AI Institute is not responsible for a learner's own connectivity, hardware or third-party software issues, but will provide reasonable guidance and, where feasible, access to a recording if a session is missed for such reasons.

For organisational engagements, delivery scope, dates, locations, participant numbers, materials and reporting are set out in the relevant proposal or agreement. Any assessment, workshop or consultation deliverable is described there.

Where a certificate is offered, it is issued after successful completion of an eligible programme and any attendance, assessment or project requirement, in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.

Moris AI Institute may update this policy to reflect changes in how Services are delivered. The current version is published on the website with its effective date.
