How Career Support And Any Job Guarantee Work

It is important to separate two things:

• Career & Placement Support — assistance with employability preparation that is included with many programmes.
• A Job Guarantee — a conditional commitment that may apply only to specified eligible programmes, only for eligible candidates, and only under the conditions on this page.

Moris AI Institute does not offer an unconditional or institute-wide job guarantee.

Where included in a programme, career and placement support may involve CV and profile guidance, interview preparation, skills assessment, portfolio and project guidance, job-search guidance, opportunity awareness, and employer introductions where available.

Career and placement support is help with preparation and access to opportunities. It is not a promise of a specific job, role, employer, salary or timeline.

A job-guarantee offer, where made, applies only if all of the following are true:

• The programme is expressly listed as a job-guarantee-eligible programme at the time of your enrolment.
• You are an eligible candidate as defined for that programme (which may include education, experience, location, work-authorisation or language requirements).
• You satisfy the programme requirements, including any minimum attendance, assessment scores, project completion and mock-interview performance.
• You actively participate in placement activities, including applying to a minimum number of relevant opportunities and attending interviews arranged or approved by Moris AI Institute.
• You accept a reasonable offer that meets the parameters defined for the guarantee (for example role type, location radius and minimum compensation band).
• You comply with these Terms and the Terms & Conditions throughout.

The precise eligibility criteria, required scores, placement period, role and compensation parameters, and the remedy offered if the guarantee conditions are met but placement does not occur, are those published for the specific eligible programme.

A job guarantee, where offered, does not mean:

• A specific employer, job title, salary, city or start date.
• Placement regardless of your participation, performance or conduct.
• Placement if you decline reasonable offers that meet the defined parameters.
• An outcome for programmes that are not expressly listed as job-guarantee-eligible.

To keep any guarantee valid you must provide accurate information, remain reachable and responsive, prepare for and attend interviews, follow reasonable guidance from the placement team, not misrepresent your skills or experience to employers, and inform Moris AI Institute promptly if you obtain a job through your own efforts.

If you meet every guarantee condition for an eligible programme and are not placed within the defined placement period, the remedy is that stated for that programme — for example an extended placement period, additional support, or a defined partial or full fee refund. The remedy is limited to what is published for the programme and does not include any other compensation.

A guarantee ceases to apply if you withdraw from the programme, fail to meet the attendance or assessment thresholds, decline qualifying offers, provide false information, breach the Acceptable Use Policy or Terms & Conditions, or become unavailable for placement for an extended period.

Moris AI Institute does not act for any employer or government body and cannot commit any third party to hire. Employer decisions are made solely by the employer.

Until the eligibility conditions for a specific programme are formally published, Moris AI Institute describes its support as Career & Placement Support rather than a job guarantee. Where marketing refers to a guarantee, it is always subject to this page and the programme-specific terms.

Moris AI Institute may update these Terms and the list of eligible programmes. The version in force at your enrolment applies to your enrolment. The current version is published on the website with its effective date.
