Using Our Website And Learning Platforms Responsibly

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses the website at https://www.morisaiinstitute.com, the learning platforms, live or recorded sessions, discussion spaces, assessments and any other digital service provided by MORIS AI LEARNING AND CAREER INSTITUTE PRIVATE LIMITED (Moris AI Institute). It forms part of the Terms & Conditions.

Where an account is provided, it is personal to you. You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password and access credentials confidential.
• Not share your account, session links or recordings with others.
• Notify Moris AI Institute promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

You are responsible for activity that takes place under your account.

You may use the Services to access programmes you are enrolled in, take part in learning activities, complete assessments and projects, and communicate respectfully with trainers, mentors, staff and other participants for learning purposes.

You must not:

• Copy, record, download, redistribute, resell or publish course materials, recordings or assessments except where expressly permitted.
• Share paid content or access with people who are not enrolled.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data.
• Introduce malware, attempt to disrupt services, or probe or scan systems.
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest content or personal data.
• Impersonate Moris AI Institute, its staff or another person.
• Post or share unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, obscene or infringing content.
• Use the Services to harass, bully, threaten or discriminate against any person.
• Submit work that is plagiarised or misrepresent your identity in assessments.
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in breach of the applicable laws of India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA), the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other applicable laws and regulations of India.

In live sessions, forums and group channels, keep discussion relevant and respectful. Do not share other participants' personal information without consent, record sessions without permission, advertise unrelated products or services, or disrupt sessions for others.

When using AI tools during or after a programme, you should verify important outputs, avoid entering other people's personal data or confidential information without authority, respect the terms of the tools you use, and apply appropriate human oversight. You are responsible for how you use AI in your own work, studies or organisation.

You retain ownership of original work you create and submit. You grant Moris AI Institute a limited licence to use your submissions for delivering, assessing and improving the programme. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.

Report suspected misuse, security issues, harassment or inappropriate content to support@morisaiinstitute.com. Moris AI Institute will review reports and take appropriate action.

Where this policy is breached, Moris AI Institute may issue a warning, remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate access, and, for serious or unlawful conduct, report the matter to the relevant authorities. Where access is withdrawn for a serious breach caused by you, fees already paid are not automatically refundable.

Moris AI Institute may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. The current version is published on the website with its effective date.
